Actually Glazier turned it over to the Wake DA and commended the Republican legislator for bringing the matter before the Ethics Commission. There are plenty of cover-ups going on at the NCGA, but this probably isn't one of them.

Ripley Rand is an excellent trial judge. He lost his race against a well respected attorney who is also turning into an excellent trial judge.
