As a mature adult, I was appalled at the new Chairman's attempt to encourage minorities with 'Bling-Bling, You da man, Hip-Hop, etc." retoric and nonsense. Clearly, I understand the need to encourage younger members to join the party, but this is nonsense and does not encourage, in my view, the professionalism and interest required for the Republican party.<br /> The chairman's behavior as of late is disappointing.
