Rate Bureau" en http://projects.newsobserver.com/under_the_dome/insurance_premiums_could_rise#comment-13992 <p>How many of the members of the NC Rate Bureau, the NC State Representatives/Legislators,Jim Long and Wayne Godwin,their employees,other top NC Government Officials, and the Beach Planning Board are wealthy enough to own property or can afford to go the NC coast for more than a day? When you own/buy property at any coast you know you are taking a risk with the property and you agree to pay a higher insurance premium. Keep raising "their" premiums, property taxes, even sales tax in the coastal counties. They evidently can afford it. Many of us could not even afford the gas or have a vehicle to go the distance.
