Re: Rules changed on state employee

How many of you have already forgotten the first article? Please don't!
Someone, i.e. governor, Bev Perdue must take a stand and listen to the silenced voices of honest working people,it's time for change.Ray Mitchell and his henchmen need to be held accountable for their actions. It is incorrect to say 3 out of 4 people are awaiting Mr.Vanessen's return. Why not ask the inspectors and the office staff. That's if they have not been gagged. It's 3-4 people who do not want him back due to improprieties, lies and deceptive tactics to get him out. How awkward would that be? They've been told to re-employ this individual, but won't due to office politics. If Douglas Vanessen was guilty of not reprimanding certain inspectors, then what happened to their supervisors? They were promoted! Sounds like another CEO rip off scheme with our nation's largest banks.Office politics! Ray Mitchell used this same lame and tired excuse to put his puppets in place, including Joyce Lippard. She down grades schools that does not meet her standard, socio-economic standards that is and was flown on Mitchell's private plane to grade, inspect and open one of Mitchell's family salons.Which was allegedly, already opened illegally. They fired an
inspector without warning or reprimands after 20 years of service, while he mother lay dying on her death bed. I understand that North Carolina is a hire-at-will,fire-at-will state, but do not abuse your employees. This is why workplace violence is on the rise. The work of inspectors were constantly undermined and unappreciated, e.g.at a public hearing, one board
cried as a habitual offender, defended her reasons for allowing an unlicensed individuals to work in her shop. This is not to be tolerated. All
cosmetologist are educated to the process. There is no reason why the executive directors position or any other position should be held by cosmetologist. The office is there to implement the policies and laws according to N.C.State Board of Cosmetics Art Examiners. The problems happens when you have the chairman and his henchmen trying to micromanage the inspectors, office staff and manipulating laws with the aid of his personal attorney. It is time for rules to be amended and implemented. The chairman should not be a school or salon owner. This brings about conflict of interest. There should be a manicurist and esthetician on the board to cover all aspects of the industry.Laws were passed, cosmetologists can perform all like duties of those named above. Although, cosmetologists are not required to complete the same amount of school hours as those who are licensees. Wake up call! This industry is operating under one mandate only! Public Safety!!! Our clients come first! Proper licensing and operating under competency! This industry is not to be used for personal gain and intimidation of staff should not be tolerated.

You know what! Women's jewelry box is bottomless, just like women's desire for new jewelries. http://www.thelinksonsale.com/product_images/16262/0/1.jpg People who were born under Aries are sincere and optimistic with action and leadership ability. Since jewelries are believed to make the finishing point of one's dressing, which could set off one's personalities and characters. Nevertheless, properly choosing of jewels is very difficult for most people. Some professional tips are in the following in the hope that they have been of some help Great attention should be paid to the coordination of the jewelries you chose to your face, complexion, temperament, hairstyle, etc. so that you can obtain the most suitable jewelries. The basic rule is the shape of your jewels should be different from your face shape but couldn't be extremely opposite. This is the ideal face shape, and actually, many kinds of jewels could go for this kind of face perfectly, for example, triangular shaped earrings. Just don't wear incredibly long shapes that will just pull you down. In a nutshell, only think about your face shape and hair style, can the Tiffany Bracelet that you choose be well fit for you as well as highlight you. The colorful clothes should match with simple and light-colored Tiffany Necklaces. A piece of colored http://www.catiffany.com/rings/index.html with specials is a complement to a sportswear in casual occasions. But it is more suitable for ladies with fair skin to wear jewels with red or other dark color jewels which will pick up the complexion. Small and delicate jewelries are much more fit than the ones in large size in regard to girls who are not very tall. The working women could match neat and simple Tiffany Jewellery to their suits to display their modesty and female beauty.

Can you imagine the ratings that the Maury Povich show would have if paternity could be announced on his show?

Maury deals with this type thing just about every day. There is a youtube video out of a guy who "is not the father." The guy is so happy he dances around the studio. He really has some talent as a dancer and hopefully pursued a dance career rather than further out-of-wedlock dalliances.

At any rate the audience for this show would top the ratings and probably be bigger than the show which identified "who shot J. R." Or even the O.J. verdict. There is quite a bit of interest in this in that it seems one of our senators or governors is fessin' up each new day. Shameful.

We probably need to start electing real ugly men to office and maybe that would help. Really heinous men. But probably not. Women are attracted to powerful men. LOL It's the woman's fault.

Loiwyers should be BANNED from holding ANY public office!

Not surprising that the selected loiwyers here were out of state to keep the story at bay...Ed Turlington and Wade Smith must be crushed!

I hope you are not suggesting that these lawyers have been less than forthcoming. This Edward’s affair has shattered my faith in our electoral process. Please do not besmirch the good and hallowed name of lawyers. I don’t know if I can take much more. If we lose faith in our lawyers and General Motors…… what have we left?

The birth certificate of a newly born goat at Celebrity Dairy in Chatham Co., NC doesn't identify the father. Claims in the comments section of Under the Dome Blog have linked the baby goat with N&O journalist Ryan Teague Beckwith.

Despite the persistent rumors of taking liberties with goats, Ryan Teague Beckwith has yet to deny the claims.

The mother was eating an aluminum can, and declined to comment.
