I find it hard to take his comments seriously. That $400 haircut is hard to forget. And his plush lifestyle. But he has guts to get back into the fray after what happened.

Edwards will always be a punchline! He cheated on his wife who is struggling with cancer? He has two little children, a grown daughter, and a son that died as a teen. This ego maniac thinks he can make a comeback?

The sad thing is that some lonely woman somewhere, will always be willing to say yes to this loser. He has left a stain on North Carolina.

Not that anyone has spoken about it, b/c everyone assumes all of Edwards delegates will vote for Obama...but they could have real power at the convention if they actually organized and said they would not commit their votes unless demands were met in the platform and elsewhere about issues concerning poverty and health care.

Oh well, a lost opportunity!

I didn't think so. None of those people are money grubbers. Well, except maybe for Rielle. Oh, and maybe her sister. Of course most of the others are lawyers, so...damn. That didn't work either Wait! His staff they were only there because they wanted to ... never mind.

The Enquirer does have more credibility than Edwards. More than the N&O, too.

But that's not saying much in either case.

The Charlotte Observer beat the pants off the N&O at every turn.

As late as Aug. 8 the N&O was still making the false claim the Enquirer's July 22 story was anonymously sourced.

I must have missed the part where Edwards claimed to be the "world's greatest family man." Here I was all these months thinking that Edwards was running on a platform focusing on poverty reduction. Now I learn that he was the first-ever Democrat to be the family values candidate. I learn new things every day here!

I am fully aware of McCains infidelity but I do not recall his hypocritcal self promotion as "world's greatest family man" or the humiliation of his family on a national/world stage like Clinton or Edwards. Do not assume my blind support of McCain. "Empty suits" can apply across the board.
