Thanks for the heads up about this Sue! I have been recycling since I moved into my house, often two bins full a week. It's a nice program to encourage other people who aren't into the habit to start.

I always make sure I have oodles of noodles. If I ever run out of other things I can always fix one of those and I am satisfied.Always keep plenty of canned goods on hand in case we have unpredictable weather. You never know when a hurricane or snow storm or tornado might affect us.

I always stock up on the good brands of pasta sauce when they're on sale. They're great for a quick dinner--just served over pasta when I am really in a hurry, or I will add some fresh herbs and shrimp or chicken to them and serve them over pasta or brown rice.
