Also, the sort of "change" that has a mayor go ahead and build a basketball arena after it was defeated by the voters via referendum.

What sort of "change" did McCrory ever enact when mayor of Charlotte? As far as I can tell, most of his work involved saying "yes, sir" to the CEOs of Wachovia and BofA.
