These are ones that she specifically commented on in news coverage. For example, she attended a rally on the DNA testing and was quoted saying that it was a priority for her.

A fair point, but appropriations bills are the only public records available.

There's no way to know who put individual earmarks into the budget.

C'mon, RTB, you know enough about the budget process to understand that sponsoring appropriations bills (let alone cosponsoring appropriations bills) is NOT an accurate measure of what members are actually asking for.
