Affair to Remember?

Glover says in the article that "everybody who was around me at the time knew about" the affair. For years, there has also been talk about a relationship between Glover and another very high-ranking public official. Given the revelations about Glover's past, the media should now ask those parties involved if these rumors should be put to bed or not. How about some answers?

good for him to be found not guilty. What makes this spoiled little girl think that she can stand in a parking space and block anyone from driving into it. The truth is that the only reason that Poarch was charged is because this kids parent is a DA. I cant believe that this guy was even charged with anything. How perverted is our society that this punk kid thinks that she can have someone charged clearly as a favor to her parent because she is SAVING a parking spot for her boyfriend. Grow up kid and tell your boyfriend to park somewhere else if he cant be there before the next car who wants to pull in. This brat needed to be put in her place and taught some manners and who ever her parent is should be ashamed of how she acted in public

Trooper White guilty of Sexual Harassment?

Why can't this be considered a unique, but possible case of sexual harassment in the workplace on the part of White as perhaps he leveraged his authority over Trooper Perdue to demand sex with Perdue's wife. It could have been difficult for Trooper Perdue to turn down White's request, if in fact, Perdue wanted a future in the SHP.

It's a nice fringe benefit. I can see why there is a waiting list to get into the patrol. And it might be that thing about women loving a man in uniform. I can attest to that fact as I wear a uniform (bus driver.) The women just cannot control themselves.

And I don't think this fringe benefit is taxable.....yet.

This guy's pathetic. So if the politically connected DA allows dems to embezzle $$$ its ok for everybody to embezzle $$$? The administrative law judge must've done time in the back seat of his cruiser.

And this guy wants to be sworn to uphold the law??? A crime against moral turpitude is what this is.

What a double standered! He wants his job back, because others were breaking the law like him but did get the same punishment! Mr. Poarch how many speeders did you let have a past because others were speeding and you couldn't stop them all? You got lucky in court once, (OJ). You broke civil and moral laws! You swore you were different than most! Except responsibility for your actions!

Where to even begin?
Is there a criminal investigation going on? Hey, Attorney General's Office are you there? How about the SBI,FBI,Federal Prosecutor, or the Governor's Office are you all there-knock knock? And does the Highway Patrol want to continues to flush it's reputation down the toilet which seems to be an ongoing event over several years now.

This is so sad. Easley will be glad to have this guy take the fall for him. This guy was probably honored to be on the "inside" with Easley, and he should go ahead and come clean with everything he knows. He can rest assured that Easley won't be there for him. And, the highway patrol needs to tell the citizens of this state why public records for 2005 are missing. This is kind of like the blank minutes on Rosemary Woods' tape.

And, I agree with junkie...why would anyone hire this guy for anything? He was a barely engaged governor who apparently spent more time hunkered down woodworking or cadging off of rich friends. Sadly, that will be his legacy.
