 <description>&lt;p&gt;Gosh, that seems real smart. A trillion dollar pork barrel stimulus just passed (according to them) and the four most vulnerable Republicans in the newly Blue state of NC swore off North Carolinian voters getting their share?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That&#039;ll play real well with the actual voters suffering here.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;North Carolina Republicans are increasingly becoming a bad plot line written by the Colbert Report&#039;s creative staff. You can&#039;t make this stuff up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You just can&#039;t.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;When talking about cap and trade, it is important to know whether permits will be given to polluters, or if they will be auctioned to polluters.  Both are cap and trade proposals, but both have some significantly different policy implications.  That information would be useful for readers to know.&lt;/p&gt;
