Re: McCrory asks stations to pull Perdue ad

This ad is simply misleading and everyone knows it. I don't think she should pull it, because it gives the voters a chance to see Bev for what she is, a canidate with a bunch negative ads and no plan or substance

The N&O analysis of Perdue's ad is unfair to Perdue. She had the basic facts right, and as political ads go this was pretty straight shooting. You can't expect a Perdue ad to spend a lot of time defending or explaining the subtleties of McCrory's position. That's his job. McCrory's position would have encouraged more landfills holding garbage from other states, and McCrory's policies would have made it harder for rural areas to get funding for road projects.

Look at the Fact Checker and see that every single ad of McCrory's is either false or misleading.
Perdue did run positive ads at the end of the primary against Moore, but McCrory came out swinging; so, Perdue saw that this was a new game with new rules.

Pickingperdue, how can you support ads that have been proven to be misleading and false? Do you really believe that's how democracy should work? No matter who you're pulling for, I hope everyone would want the ultimate winner to win for the right reasons. Shame on Perdue for airing the ads in the first place, especially after condemning negative campaigning in the primary.

Poor Pat just can't take the heat; just go back to your Myers Park kitchen if all you can do is whine and cry foul. NC is tired your tired old complaints.
PS How rude, yet how typical, of you to cuss on air! Gross

My wife and I will be voting in North Carolina (Forsyth County) early booths tomorrow. That will be 2 more votes for Obama and 2 against Libby Dole and McCrory. We are going straight Democratic this year! I am excited...WoooooHOOOOOOO!
