One just needs to study the timeline to see where the blame lies. You need to actually ask a tough question of gary since he knew what kind of man Edwards really was.

Ryan, didn't she cover up her husband's cheating on her during his run for the presidency? Why didn't you mention that?

But, Ryan, let's admit it --- she would not be either an author or a health advocate --- doubtful that she would be published or anyone would give a rip about what she says about health care, if she wasn't married to John Edwards. The both of them have capitalized on their way more than 15 minutes of fame.

Both of the Edwards just need to fade away and deal with their personal issues. I'm just tired of them and anything they have to say. What's worse is that they are leaving a lovely set of articles for their children to have, detailing their marital mess. It would be bad enough to be a small child with a gravely ill mother. But, it is worse to be a small child whose friends get to read about the whole tragic mess in the newspaper or by watching Oprah. Are both of these people so seriously self-centered that they can't see that?

This isn't political on my part. I usually think of myself as a Democrat, but both of these folks sicken me.

I'm sorry that Mrs. Edwards is sick, but she also kept up this whole silly charade, which wasn't good for the Democratic party.

Your beef today, then, is with Oprah and Edwards herself.

My apologies. She is an author and a health advocate. I guess I missed that part of her background since all of your posts seem to focus on her love life rather than her work as an author or as a health advocate.

She is a nationally known author and health care advocate who lives in Chapel Hill. I submit that describing her only as the "wife of a former politician" is a bit of an understatement.

You seem to spend a lot of time blogging about this particular wife of a former politician. It seems weird.

I, now, believe more and more that people are
being paid to go around and post negative comments about John Edwards.

Interesting that the ad running on TV says top 10 in the world and cites Gallup. Is that the case?
