Hopefully with the help of third parties, unaffiliated and even those who affiliate with either of the two major parties in North Carolina we will be able to motivate people to get involved, call their Senators and push for free elections in the many areas that we can. This bill is just one step in the right direction. Again, we at the NCFPE are very grateful to Senator Jim Jacumin for introducing this bill, and to our new Co-Sponsor Andrew C. Brock (R-34 Davie and Rowan Counties).

Ballot Access equality is our most important issue, but you see, all the imbeciles are too dang dumb to even comment on it...

CLUELESS masses have complacently ruined our once great state.

It's sad that he's turned himself into a walking laughingstock. His legacy would have been fine if he hung it up after the 2000 debacle, but his continued attempts at the presidency are now sad attempts at stoking his own fragile ego. He has no chance of achieving anything, and his whole reason for being (Dems and Republicans are too similar) has been thrown out the window. Sad.

Its so nice and INCLUSIVE of demopublicans to act this way, and control the electorate. NC has about the worst ballot access in the nation, along with forced annexation. Why do democrats want to keep the citizens so oppressed this way?

Is the 'presiding judge' a democrat or republican?

Strive to be smarter than a demopublican.

Sweet. 72,000 signatures and $130,000 so Michael Munger can get a little bit of attention.

Actually though, I hope NC makes it easier for third parties to get on the ballot.
