Re: Kay Hagan Maintains the 'Keep You Under My Foot' Brigade

Why the surprise? When it was convenient, Sen. John Edwards unloaded former Raleigh City Council District C representative Brad Thompson from his staff. Raleigh Congressman Brad Miller dumped NAACP insider Gena Pettis-Dean after his election and he had been introduced inside of nearly every black church in NC.

And the 'reverend' William Barber refused to meet with US Senator Elizabeth Dole, WELL before the National Democratic Party purchased Kay Hagan for a 6 year appointment.

As written in Ecclesiastes 1:9,

9 What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; THERE IS NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN!!!!!

Sen. Hagan's office is 'panicked'? This is getting to be an interesting case of racism again at the democrackkk core...this developing case should prove entertaining, and I predict could cost Hagan HER job soon! Nothing could be more beneficial to NC.

Cash Williams should be considered to be a full-time investigative report for the News & Observer...what a great piece...finally confirms what I have been hearing around the state

What makes Carter Wrenn a "Republican Consultant?"

I tell Republicans they suck every day. Where's my title?

Does it not pay to state the obvious?

“Twas almost three weeks before Bev's swearing in,
and as for Fitzsimon, well, there he goes again.

He dreaming up scandal and shady deals done
before a secretary's been named- no, not even one.

Now, I think like you Chris, no really, I do (I'm a card-carrying member of the ACLU!)
but seems you've always had it in for Beverly Perdue;

So before dreaming up tales of well-connected hacks;
you ought to just cut the lady some slack!"

"Oh scharrison, you're just a little sensitive PERIOD."

that I'm overly sensitive! :)

"For cryin' out loud, would you deny that BlueNC is just a we bit prejudiced in one direction or another? Would ya NOT recommend that a lot of the stuff on *any* blog be taken with a grain of salt?"

Our blogs (and bloggers) range from meticulously objective to extremely prejudicial, and all points in between. I consider myself somewhere in the middle of that spectrum, which means I'm probably more prejudicial than I think. But when passion (as opposed to money) dictates the desire for "raising awareness" on a given issue, that passion is difficult to restrain, and is often expressed through persuasive language. It's frequently a messy business, but for those who value content over form it can be incredibly informative, as well.

I think the "grain of salt" approach should be applied to all forms of information, and whatever you pick up in a newspaper, blog, 24 hour tv news outlet, etc., should merely be a jumping off point for further information-gathering. Unfortunately, most people don't do that. They place too much faith in too few sources, and their judgment suffers for it.
