Congratulations to Bob Orr, thank you for helping to put our elected offical back in her rightful place. I did not vote for her, however she was legally elected and should be allowed to do her new job. Bev was way beyond her rights as governor to appoint a czar over our elected offical.

If there are two sages in this state, two men that should always be consulted when the meaning of the North Carolina Constitution is at issue, they are:

John L. Sanders of the UNC School of Government, and

Bob Orr of the N.C. Institute of Constitutional Law

These two men have more knowledge about how this state's foundational document operates than all of State Government put together.

I feel like I almost understand what the commenter is trying to say. If s/he could just speak a bit more bluntly and with some emphasis I might be able to really comprehend where s/he is coming from.
