Being from Rocky Mount, Gov. Easley knows that Northeastern North Carolina is not only out beyond Capitol Boulevard, in fact it's all the way out to Interstate 95 and beyond. </p> <p>Just don't rename the Roanoke Rapids country music enterprise the Charlie Daniels Theatre.
