To the Fred Davis "permanent majority" 2010 campaign for not having a clue as to how to advertise.

http://www.strategicperceptioninc.com/fred.php

And hire Gene Ulm for your pollster while at it.

http://www.pos.org/about/ulm.asp

If you don't believe in Reality. This is your team.

I mean POST-ELECTION Gene ULM of POS Polling STILL has Hayes over Kissell by 15 bathousand points.

How's that for dedication?

Don't forget Fred Davis has worked for several failed North Carolina candidates including Patrick Ballantine and Bill Graham.

She's been in Washington since the foundation stone was laid on the Capitol Building, and she's running to keep her seat based on an issue Washington has failed to act on?

Run that by me again?

Chavis Center off the charts

Interesting totals for Chavis. -- you said 234 in person votes by 1:30 pm compared with the election judge estimate of 60 voted by that time in a primary

(There were 324 early votes cast for that precinct this year, in addition to the votes in person today)

Here are some comparable FULL DAY turnouts for that precinct (Wake 01-26)

2004 primary 156
2006 primary 79
2004 General election 825

This is completely off the chart for a primary
