One of the remaining few. Does this ban include products like the Electronic Cigarette? Many users are using these devices to defeat smoking bans in the US and the UK, but I could see a ban coming on those in public too. I could see a lot of users ending up fighting for rights on social sites like Facebook and Ning. I guess only time will tell.

As a Democrat, I give the Civitas folks points for their humor and creativity. But umm...where are the black people in the video? The high tech center is planned for North Carolina A & T University, an HBCU.

Not to expose my geekiness to the world, but the original Star Trek series was groundbreaking for a number of reasons, especially its multiracial cast. They went where no television show went before. Uhura was an integral part of the series and an inspiration for future communications directors. Uhura and James T. Kirk's kiss was the first interacial kiss on television.

If he and other politicians would spend as much time on the illegal drug traffic in this country and less on legal cigarettes, we would be on the right path....gotta love the politicians!

Yep! Demonrats. Ya gotta love em. Clinton said he did not have sex with that woman. He did not exactly lie bacause in his sick little pea brain he defined sex as fornicating. Everything else, which he did it all with as many as he could trap, was not sex. Nobama honestly believes that if he pulled out in time and she got pregnant then she was just 95% pregnant. I could go on and on but the point is demonrats have no problem telling the truth as long as the truth fits within their own definition. Reality is not a strong point with demonrats. I wonder if "conservative people" could at least craft a more consistent approach to tobacco regulation than the current regime.
