We can't keep up with all the schools & roads & sewers & water plants & everything else you need if you actually like it enough to stay here. We haven't changed our revenue system to keep up with the growing population and changing economy so be a dear and leave your wallet but keep your ID and mosey on back home when you're done.

ALL THOSE REDUCTIONS MOST LIKELY CAME FROM PEOPLE MOVING TO A PLACE WHERE THEIR FREEDOM TO SMOKE WAS NOT TAKEN AWAY.
WHY NOT TAKE A STUDY ON DRINKING. INCREASE IN A PACK OF CIGARETTES TO DECREASE SMOKING IN TEENS, WHY NOT INCREASE THE PRICE OF A CAN OR BOTTLE OF BEER TO DECREASE DRINKING BY TEENS. DO WE REALLY BELIEVE THIS IS GOING TO WORK. IF YOU BELIEVE THAT INCREASING THE TAX OR PRICE OF ANYTHING IS GOING TO STOP SOMETHING FROM HAPPENING, LOOK AROUND. IF I STUCK IT TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WITH A NEW TAX OR REGULATION TELLING YOU WHAT YOU CAN OR CANNOT DO, DO YOU THINK I WOULD TELL YOU IT DIDN'T WORK. I HAVE TO CATCH THE GOVERNMENT TURNIP TRUCK.
