Already read those text. This is one my areas of expertise.
Without having seen a complete psychological profile of Obama, we don't really know the level of his "Resilience".

Or if this is just a driving need for power to overcome deficiencies in his self image.

I have no desire to get a JD from any college.
I'm pretty sure I could have matriculated to Havard, but I had to settle for MIT.

While you have no choice in your parents, Obama's childhood upbringing does affect his view of the world and shows his level of insecurities as do most who grasp for power have. Think Stalin, Hitler et al.
There are a number of texts you can research on this topic.

Actually, upbringing affects everyone, but there is this wonderful concept called "resilience" which explains why some people can get over it. There are texts on this too that YOU can research.

Affirmative action has benefitted women equally as minorities, so put that talking point to bed. Even so, affirmative action does not give him the grades to get the degree and pass the bar, Sherlock...And you do know that he graduated magna cum laude at Harvard and was the President of the Harvard Law Review? Guess they just gave him all that as a token of their appreciation for Hawaii.

And actually I am an independent and am more moderate than anything. Just because someone challenges your racist and stupid assertions you assume they are from the left. Your ignorant thoughts offend people on the left, right, and middle.

And after all that is said....STILL WHERE IS YOUR JD? Or are you going to cry about how some minority took your spot even though you didn't have the grades to get into Harvard in the FIRST place?

There's no doubt that Obama is a puppet for the George Soros-backed socialist movement. Americans have gotten fat and lazy, and this election with so many screaming about entitlement proves it -- from mortgage bail-outs to health care.

I invite the chaos that will surely ensue. We need a revolution and what's about to be done to the middle class over the next 4 years should bring it on nicely. Arm yourselves now!

His JD from Harvard- well in this Affirmative action world who knows what true value or measurement of achievement that has.

Back to Obama- he's a Corrupt Chicago political hack from one of the most corrupt cities in the U.S.. A city famously known for ballot stuffing, voter intimidation and Daley Machine Politics first by the father and now the son the current Mayor Daley.
Obama got his house in a crooked deal from convicted felon Tony Rezko.
Obama associated with and was sponsored by ADMITTED BOMBER and MURDERER William Ayres.

Yes, of course Obama is not an elitist. A lawyer from Harvard who has not accomplished anything of note in his life.
Son of a polygamous alcoholic African father who left him at age 2.
Son of an unfit Hippy Mother who dragged around the world. He was left to be raised by his grandparents- the only stable influence in his life.

Much like Germany in the 1930's, the U.S. faces economic crisis , threats from other countries, and the rise of extremist political parties.
Then, as now, a "Change We Can Believe In", "Yes We Can" charismatic ,sloganeering candidate came to power via Propaganda and appeals to racism.
We few left who remember history will be watching.

McCain himself exemplifies elitism -- son and grandson of Admirals, used his family connections to advance his personal ambition, crashed several planes with no consequences, his own father investigated the deadly accident aboard the USS Forrestal, he's had government healthcare his entire life, married a wealthy heiress, spends as much time on TV as in the Senate building... It was always preposterous for him to call Obama an elitist, but McCain's Republican party has become exceptionally skilled at projecting its own problems onto its opponents.

That came from Rob's story, but the logic is that if one of the candidates wins big on Super Tuesday, it'll be too late for an endorsement to matter.

Also, I'd add that his former supporters will quickly start sorting themselves out. If Edwards were to endorse down the road, they may have already decided who to support.

I promise this will be my last comment on Edwards. Love for Elizabeth had absolutely nothing to do with his decision. If that had been the case, he would not have been running in the first place. His wife is a very sick woman as indicated by how she looks now compared to last year. The 'son of a mill worker' struts around in his $400 coif and $500 designer jeans looking like anything but. No, the reason that he is dropping out is that even the gullible Democrats never bought into the load of crap he was selling. He can now return to his mansion in Chapel Hill and be perfectly at home and hopefully get his priorities in order.
