I still have no idea what the attraction of this type of program is. It forces you to shop "retail", reduces your flexibility, and apparently they now charge you to both implement and cancel. Behavioral Finance is such a fascinating area.

Halloween spending includes setting up hayrides, mazes, haunted houses, and popular Halloween costumes. Halloween also means more candy and Pepto Bismol to go with it. This year, Michael Jackson costumes are already selling at a record pace, and lots of people will be out there with Thriller costumes. Halloween is fast rising as one of the biggest spending holidays. People are even dressing up their pets for Halloween – who doesn't love an insipid and annoying Chihuahua in a tutu? There will be plenty of Halloween spending of short term loans on cool costumes and events for sure this year.

Let's see how *this* adds up:

$50/week (average) x past 3 months (12 weeks) = $600/quarter (average)

$600/quarter x .0083% = $5.00

Can this be right? For the honor of spending $600.00 I'm getting a discount (rebate?) of less than 1%?

Excuse me while I jump for joy.

And I'm sure that the cost savings achieved by eliminating the corporation's participation in Greenpoints will undoubtably be reflected by a corresponding drop in on-shelf prices ... right?

Please, someone tell me I'm wrong about this.

If that is directed at me, I never said it was just all over facebook. While it definitely was, I was actually referring to other local media, message boards and some sports sites.

Time Out (where he gets the text) and the Chi Omega house's porch/walkway is also in there (final scene where he lets the dog go to the girl). Ty Lawson is one of the people eating with Tyler as well.

So it was all over facebook but not every one uses facebook.

Anyway, yes, it was filmed in Chapel Hill. I spotted Franklin Street, Chapel of the Cross (with its arches altered to represent the AT&T power bars, McCorkle Place and I think the UNC President's residence on Franklin Street.

The kid who texts Tyler looks like Chapel Hill native and CHHS grad, R.J. Crumpler. Could it be?
