With gas prices what they are, and the chance of them rising even higher. If 20 to 38 million illegal aliens start returning home under the Federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088), we will see the highways less congested as in Arizona, less people cramming into emergency hospitals, drop in crime rates and schools with smaller classes.
