 <description>&lt;p&gt;Congratulations to Bob Orr, thank you for helping to put our elected offical back in her rightful place. I did not vote for her, however she was legally elected and should be allowed to do her new job. Bev was way beyond her rights as governor to appoint a czar over our elected offical.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;If there are two sages in this state, two men that should always be consulted when the meaning of the North Carolina Constitution is at issue, they are:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;John L. Sanders of the UNC School of Government, and&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bob Orr of the N.C. Institute of Constitutional Law&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;These two men have more knowledge about how this state&#039;s foundational document operates than all of State Government put together.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Congratulations Justice Orr!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
