I thought Fetzer announced a few months ago he was leaving politics? I guess Dick Cheney visiting his apartment made him want to hang it up LOL

Huckabee and McCain are also my favorite candidates out of both parties, and I'm a registered independent. I would love to see a McCain-Huckabee ticket on the ballot. McCain has the most and best experience to be a wartime commader-in-chief. Huckabee would be a more than able VP to step up to the plate if McCain ever had any health issues.

Home ownership is not always a Good Thing. Sometimes home prices go down, you see! I think I've read something about that in the news recently.

The Ron Paul Blimp is hatched out of Asheville and will be launched Sunday from the airfield at Elizabeth City NC! On Dec. 16th, they will DUMP TEA (or a reasonable facsimile) out of the BLIMP into the Boston Harbor!!! Political enlightenment at its finest!

Why does the mainstream media continue to deny his amazing campaign?

the mortgage interest deduction will not be necessary with the FAIRTAX, Rudy...

Rudy has trouble decyphering all about the FAIRTAX. We know that he is a liberal in republican drag.

I wonder which indicted criminal he'll have in tow this time?

It's truly hilarious to see NC Christians and Republican extremists like Art Pope falling all over themselves to support a cross-dressing serial adulterer whose business partners include known sleazebags - and who has slopped at the public trough to rake in millions through shady contracts. Oh wait, that last part is pretty much par for the course for Republicans these days.

Re: Rudy returns to Raleigh

Rudy Guiliani has only a casual aquaintance with the truth ....

The Real Rudy

In the GOP debate of October 9, Rudy misquoted Senator Hillary Clinton concerning her views on the free market. He also grossly exaggerated Sen. Clinton’s 401k proposals and reported that she had proposed giving $5000 to every child in America when in fact Sen. Clinton had made no such proposal.
Furthermore, he twisted a stat around to make a point about “frivolous” lawsuits by saying that they comprise 2.2% of GDP. In fact total lawsuits comprise 2.2% of GDP; those responsible for the stat made no distinction between frivolous lawsuits and ones that had merit.
The above is sourced from Factcheck.org. Google “Giuliani’s Lies” for more examples.
Those are minor indiscretions compared to Giuliani’s lies concerning his role as mayor of New York City prior to 9-11. Straight form the horse’s mouth – go to You Tube and search “Rudy command center” and watch Giuliani in an interview with Chris Wallace. He gets caught lying about why, in the late 1990’s, the command center for New York’s emergency services was put in the World Trade Center, the only place in the city that had already been hit by a terrorist attack.
Hopefully the voting public will realize that Giuliani’s character is at best questionable and, at worst, entirely absent.

I reckon the time has come for us to grant Mr. Giuliani the right to spell his name just like it is. See, in writing about these great presidential candidates, I had been thinking it would be more fitting if we North Carolinians could spell Rudy's last name "Guiliani." That way, if he ever went into Guilford County, he'd feel right at home.

But now Dome is telling us that the former New York mayor will indeed visit Greensboro, the Gate City and the county seat of Guilford County. So we suppose the pundits and the headline writers will have a field day:

"Giuliani in Guilford For a Fundraiser"

 "It's a Giuliani-Guilford Extravaganza!"

"Guilford GOP Goes Ga-Ga Over Giuliani."

Still, you have to admit, "Rudy Guiliani" would look good on a Guilford County ballot...

Well now, Xirumi, just how wrong can you be?? Edwards has had nothing to do with "channeling fetuses", that is just stupid! Ms. Edwards has never tried to tell anyone how to treat their children, except maybe treat them as you would other people's children, and that is with love and respect. And Sen. Edwards would NOT have said one single word about Dickie Cheney's family if that Evil One had not practiced and preached hate against people that are different than himself. This was brought up to prove his hypocrisy. This nation has suffered through a 'Halloween Night of Fear' for the last seven (7) years and don't bet on Former Sen. Edwards not setting things right beginning in 2009! (And I am a Gov. Richardson supporter!)

Well, now.

That sounds less ominous than Edwards channeling fetuses inside a courtroom...or Elizabeth Edwards--aka "Thunderdome Busybody"--telling Lynn Cheney how to treat her lesbian daughter.

And this declasse behavior from the Edwardses is after John-boy tried to make political hay by bringing up Mary Cheney's sexuality during the VP debates.

No, the real Halloween scare would be if the low-rent Edwards clan ever made it to the White House.

However, this is never going to happen.

How fitting for Little Rudy (9/11 all the time) Giuliani to appeal to the 'NASCAR Crowd' because most of those Mouth-Breathing, Knuckle-Draggers barely know what is going on in this country and can only hold one thought in their head at a time. The empty phrase '9/11' is just short enough to stick.
