It might be a nice jesture for the Easley campaign to spend some of that lawyer money with this lawyer. They could help each other out and clear up these "misunderstandings."

This is one way to beat the new income tax surcharges. Not the best way but one alternative. But with what has been happening in our state government this does not come as much of a surprise. But it is our fault - the voters.

You know Paul, a much less annoying way to say that would be to simply say:

The State Democratic Party should call for that guy's resignation.

And I'd agree with you. They have before as Sheriff when the state Democratic Party's council of review declared his original election invalid, so they probably will again when the latest charges take hold.

But since you continue to make your political commentary with all the puffery of a 9th level Cleric summoning an extraplanar creature to fight for you, I have to do this...

Posting your demands of the NCDP on DOME isn't like when you speed dial Papa John's and call upon a teenager to bring you an all-meat trio. Nobody is dispatched. It's not free if the NCDP doesn't deliver in 30 minutes. And you'll still be irrelevant to the conversation when the NCDP disavows Mackey in spite of you.

So I guess the bigger question is, why do you make me hit you Paul? You know I love you baby.

Either the NC State Bar, the Mecklenburg County Democratic Party, the Charlotte Police Department, and Mackey's own former clients all just happen to have it out for him, or this guy's as crooked as they come. More crooked than the average NC Democrat, possibly.
