The event, scheduled for 12:15 p.m., is open to the public.</p><p>The event will be on Washington Street in front of the <a href="http://www.greensboro-nc.gov/Departments/GDOT/divisions/gta/facilities/depot/">J. Douglas Galyon Depot</a>.
