So will any charges be brought against the "Ethanol Company" for it's role in the corruption??? Sounds like extortion from Hudson and a bribe from the company.

Considering the impact granting of these permits has on local areas, corruption is NOT to be tolerated. The cards are stacked against citizens and residents enough as it is.

The indictment goes back to 2004/05 and says he retired in 2005 but a DENR directory dated Jan 2008 has listed:

What division did Mr. Hudson work for? I'm sure that Dome is trying to get these questions answered, but what kind of permit? Where? When?

Boyce Allen Hudson, a former state Department of Environment and Natural Resources official, is scheduled to plead guilty in federal court Tuesday to trying to expedite a permit for a company in exchange for $196,000, according to court documents.

Hudson is accused of trying to help a company get permits to build an ethanol production plant, according to federal court documents. Hudson is scheduled to plead guilty in Judge Terrence W. Boyle's courtroom.
