He had $38,000 when the filing period began in January. </p><p>Graham&#39;s donors included several physicians and lawyers. His major donors included Salisbury business owner Jake Alexander, Food Lion executive Glenn Dixon, and Union Hall, Va., lawyer Arthur Donaldson.</p><p>He has loaned his campaign nearly $1.6 million, including $350,000 from the first quarter of 2008. </p><p>From January to April, Graham spent $10,500 on research.
