Gov. <a href="/dome/profiles/beverly_perdue">Beverly Perdue&#39;s</a> record on civil rights, the Perdue campaign launched a radio ad to respond.</p><p>The one-minute ad features former Charlotte Mayor <a href="/under_the_dome/profiles/harvey_gantt">Harvey Gantt</a>, who endorsed Perdue this week. Gantt touts Perdue&#39;s record on the fight for civil rights. </p><p>&quot;Bev Perdue has always stood up for us. We should all be put off by Richard Moore&#39;s outrageous negative attacks,&quot; Gantt says.</p><p>The ad went up Thursday afternoon.
