Who determined whether or not she could use NC as her homebase for running for US Sentate? The NC Board of Elections? Why was she allowed to use her mother's address after all these years? How do we close that loophole or enforce primary residence? I'm still mad that she did this but hey Hillary did the same thing in NY. At least she did move there.

Actually, Dole went to Duke.

That might explain why she appears unhappy in the photo.
