After you calm the hell down and go back and LISTEN you will hear that Jack says "I would absolutely oppose any effort to amend the constitution in repect to this. I would also oppose any legislation on it." Then you hear Stein (no we don't support him either-neutral) say just the opposite. I admit that he does say the laws are unfair and even suggests that the laws need to be amended to address this lack of fairness. However he also states the he opposes the changes. Changes to unfair law is one of the things he would be asked to do if we send him forward. Laws don't get amended by osmosis. If he believes they are unfair but opposes any changes, he needs to move, follow or get out of the way. If you believe in shooting the messenger, first get the message right.
The facts are posted now. http://trianglopic-trianglopic.blogspot.com/2008/02/trianglopic.html

Truth is a complete bar to recovery by any plaintiff who sues for libel.

Fair report. Libelous statements made by others in certain settings often are conditionally privileged if the reporter, in good faith, accurately reports information of public interest. This privilege usually applies to official meetings such as judicial proceedings, legislative hearings and grand jury deliberations.

We at Trianglopic have consistently dared Jack to sue us. He won't though. He will count on people like you giving him the benefit of the doubt that none of this happened. We don't blame you though. If we didn't know the facts, it would be hard to believe. Still think this is libelous? Call Jack: (919) 783-8755 and tell him to go ahead a sue us. He'll give you some line about, the cost we all pay for free speech or some other such nonsense, but at the end of the day, HE WON'T DARE PLACE THESE FACTS IN FRONT OF ANY JURY. http://uk.youtube.com/user/Trianglopic

Jack also clearly states in his reply that he would support revising the laws to fix the inequalities.

You are a liar, sir, whoever you are.

I know both men, and I think either would be anexcellent Senator. You are twisting Jack's words. He clearly stated he would oppose any Amendment to enshrine discrimination in the constitution.

Your attack on Jack here in this forum is blatantly unfair.

I would ve VERY surprised if Josh knew of or had anything to do with this amateurish stunt.

We who oppose Nichols actually do live in District 16 and that is just testiment to your continuing lack of the facts. So-called good people placed civil rights, women's rights and human rights and now gay rights, on the back burner for decades and they said "Don't worry, I'm with you. I just can't fight for you now because I might not get elected." and as they got elected, went up to the halls of power and did nothing, people suffered and died. Unfortunately for your smear campaign againt us (and we can take it. We have the facts on our side) this video captures Nichols own words coming out of his own mouth. If you believe in the rights of others, then just saying so is what your co-workers say...your teenagers say...not what our elected officials are there to say. Either lead on changing these issues or get out of the way and let someone who will, get the job. Funny you are a supporter of Stein when you've come to Nichols defense on several blogs. We've recognized several key phrases that lead us to believe that this IS good ole Jack or someone in his camp. We have our intel too. Trianglopic is a small group, mostly made up of nurses that believe that certain elements in the board have hi-Jack-ed the board for retailiation and their own purposes. Our members are growing but we don't want the board to know their names for obvious reasons. No matter. All chatter leads to disclosure. You are actually helping get the word out. we're just waiting for one of you Nicholheads to respond to one of our charges by saying "We've looked at the facts and Jack did not steal anything and did not lie to any judge, no patient died due to an overdose and here's the proof. After a month of back and forth you'd think one of you guys would pony up with that lie so we can post the facts (again ...audio coming out of his own mouth) Even here in District 16, eventually someone will ask "officially" "Well did Nichols steal the evidence out of the file or not? I wonder what your spin will be then?

Most people in Senate District 16 understand that the only Constitutional Amendment proposed regarding marriage would place further restrictions on gay rights and would likely pass in a statewide ballot. Candidates who oppose it, like Stein and Nichols, do so to avoid opening up a Pandora's Box which would further limit the personal freedoms of gay people. For the most part it is a Republican wedge issue designed to draw conservative voters to the polls to defeat Democrats.

You don't even live in Senate District 16. I do, I personally support Mr Stein but, your misappropriation of gay rights as a weapon for your personal vendetta against the NC Board of Nursing and Mr Nichols is as cynical, reprehensible and pitiful as Republican demonization of gay people for political gain. It is further evidence of your vulgar deceit and that you are not to be believed on any account.
