Thomas Wright should resign.</p><p>The Rocky Mount Republican, who is running for state treasurer, told Dome this afternoon that yesterday&#39;s <a href="/under_the_dome/wright_indicted_on_five_counts">indictments</a> were enough to convince him that the Wilmington Democrat should step down.</p><p>&quot;I think it&#39;s obvious that Rep.
