Another is Sen. <a href="http://ncleg.net/gascripts/members/viewMember.pl?sChamber=Senate&amp;nUserID=53">Kay Hagan</a>, a Greensboro Democrat now in her fifth term.</p><p>Hagan doesn&#39;t live in the 13th Congressional District either. (She&#39;s in the neighboring sixth.) But again, that&#39;s not a legal requirement. </p><p>An attorney and former banker, Hagan currently co-chairs the powerful Senate <a href="http://ncleg.net/gascripts/committee_lists/committee_lists.pl?chamber=Senate#Appropriations/Base%20Budget">Appropriations</a> committee.
