 <description>&lt;p&gt;Hagan may have the backing of the Democratic Establishment, but she&#039;ll be hard pressed to gain the backing of men and women in uniform.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s really difficult to understand how anyone could be &quot;not sure&quot; about torture.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
