State Sen. <a href="http://www.ncleg.net/gascripts/members/viewMember.pl?sChamber=Senate&amp;nUserID=83">Tom Apodaca</a> and Brevard District Attorney Jeff Hunt have <a href="/blogs/apodaca_no_run_against_shuler">ruled out</a> runs, but former Rep.
