You will need to register for the Kellogg&#39;s Web site before you are allowed to download the form.</p><p>The deal is that you get a $10 rebate when you buy 10 qualifying Kellogg&#39;s, Sunshine and Keebler products. This year, you also get a coupon code good for $70 from Dell. Be sure to read the fine print: you have to send in the UPC codes and all the purchases have to be on one receipt.
