 <description>&lt;p&gt;Here goes Cooper, charging in on his white stallion, only after the FBI has done all the footwork and basically trapped him into getting involved.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No, he certainly never could have discovered any wrongdoing say, oh, 3 years ago.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
