No public health data has been presented by the NC agency responsible for monitoring air quality around the current plant vs the new plant. So, yes the proceedings have gone on for an extended period, but that is because there have been lots of questions and attempts to find the facts surrounding this project.</p> <p>Sorry to say, but Duke Power Company used to be a decent corporate citizen.
