But things went awry shortly after that, according to writer Rob Poggenklass: </p><blockquote><p>When the Edwardses visited the Cedar County Democrats’ tent, Mrs. Edwards asked her daughter which of the presidential candidates she liked best. <br /><br />Did she point to dear old Dad?
