Nestle Foods is recalling nearly 900,000 pounds of Lean Cuisine chicken entrees because there may be pieces of plastic in them. The affected products were Pesto Chicken with Bow Tie Pasta, Chicken Mediterranean and Chicken Tuscan.</p><p>This is the second recall this month for Nestle.
