At the last minute, Senate Majority Leader <a href="/dome/profiles/tony_rand">Tony Rand</a> put it on the June 6 schedule instead. Then, he pulled it again, slating it for today.<br /> </p><p>A few minutes ago, Rand rescheduled it for Wednesday&#39;s session.</p><p>Some Republicans <a href="/blogs/early_voting">oppose</a> the bill, arguing that it could lead to voter fraud.
