Beverly Perdue does not support letting illegal immigrants study at community college.
A spokesman for the Democratic gubernatorial candidate told WRAL that she opposed a recent decision requiring state community colleges to admit illegal immigrants.
"She does not think people in this country illegally should be able to attend our community colleges," spokesman David Kochman told the station.
