Isley hosts McHenry

Patrick McHenryA Raleigh City Council member is hosting a reception for U.S. Rep. Patrick McHenry.

Philip Isley and his wife, Laura, will host a fundraiser for the Cherryville Republican at their home in Raleigh on Saturday, Nov. 17.

U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Dole will be a special guest at the event.

Isley is the lone Republican member of the Raleigh City Council, although it is officially a nonpartisan position. 

He is an attorney with Boyce & Isley.

Hope someone takes a picture

It's a rare event when Liddy's in the state for a visit. And even rarer still when two Republicans for Torture get the blessing of an attorney who one might think would have greater respect for the Constitution.
