Chalk up another hit for the Magic Eight Ball.

Last week, the cheap plastic toy agreed with TechJournal South that E. Norris Tolson would step down as secretary of the Department of Revenue to head the N.C. Biotechnology Center.

Tolson said today that he would take the job.

The current standings:

Eight Ball 3-for-4, N.C. Spin 1-for-2, TechJournal South 1-for-1, N.C. Policy Watch 1-for-1.

Is there a citizenship requirement? It was made in China, and I'm not sure of its current legal status.
