John Edwards' presidential campaign is shifting some of its staffers out of Nevada and sending them to Iowa and New Hampshire.
Jonathan Prince, the deputy campaign manager said the change was prompted by the likelihood that Iowa and New Hampshire would move up their caucus and primary next year, Rob Christensen reports.
The Edwards campaign is not de-emphasizing the Nevada caucus, Prince said.
Edwards, meanwhile, is calling on the Democratic National Committee, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee to follow his lead and not accept any contribution from federal lobbyists.
