What part of "Reinvestment" in "Recovery and Reinvestment Plan" don't you understand? On everyone's website (Perdue, Hagan, Price, etc) I see the same old platitudes showing a complete lack of understanding of the problem while the President and the Vice-President have repetitively said that the Plan should stimulate the economy while building a new foundation for sustainable growth. Where are the logistical solutions and the smart designs that will keep the wheel turning?
